When will items ship? Processing time is 3 business days. If any item is out of stock you will be informed at this time.
What are your business hours? Our hours are Monday – Friday 9AM – 6PM.
Do you offer customization? We do offer customization for most items please send us an email to email@example.com for pricing.
What is your return policy? Returns are accepted within 14 days. If there is an issue with an item please let us know within 7 days.
Will I receive a confirmation email once item ships? Yes, you will receive an email with tracking information with the United States Postal Service.
Can I exchange an item? Yes you can exchange but you are responsible for shipping both ways and item should be in new condition. Please let us know prior to mailing the item back to check stock.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes? Yes we deliver to PO Boxes.
How long does shipping take? First class mail usually takes 3 business days no Saturday delivery. Priority mail usually takes 2 business days with Saturday delivery. Express Mail is overnight. Express shipping does not mean rush processing. If you have an order that needs to be rushed please send us an email prior to placing the order to check stock on items. The rush fee is $10.
